VENEZUELAN WINTER LEAGUE

With the 3-team, 12-player trade going down this week, the Indians sent Franklin Gutierrez to the Mariners and received Luis Valbuena from Seattle. Valbuena is taking part in the league in Venezuela; forming a double-play combination in the Lara infield with fellow Indian Asdrubal Cabrera. As a result, Valbuena will be taking the place of Gutierrez on these updates for the remainder of the Winter season.
