Baseball Prospectus says Jhonny Peralta, Fausto Carmona, and Raffy Perez are assigned to D.R. teams, although it's not guaranteed they will play.

Yeah, looks like some additional guys have been added. Thanks for the 411.
The roster listing I provided the other day came directly from the Indians on Friday morning. The rosters tend to date themselves quickly as guys are added or go home early. I believe Abner Abreu is also listed on a roster (though has not played).
