LaPorta Called Up, Perez Back

Two quick notes:

- Outfielder/first baseman Matt LaPorta has been called up by the Indians today. The move came as a result of outfielder Trevor Crowe going on the disabled list with a right internal oblique strain.

- High-A Kinston right-handed pitcher Alexander Perez is set to return to the rotation after a three week shutdown. He will make a start for Kinston on Saturday in Wilmington, Delaware (I will be there).
