eric showed some great stuff and endurance during the third game against miami. he impressed me by NOT signing right out of high school, instead getting his education. i wish him all the luck in the world and i venture to say cleveland has a great "kid" and arm. let him hit once in a while,he doesn't do badly there either.

good luck eric....from your dad and mom's friend,

mike

Mike, thanks for sharing your thoughts on Eric. Cleveland is glad to have him, and now that he is officially an Indian I look forward to getting to know him. I'll be in Mahoning Valley to talk to some of the guys tomorrow (July 1st), so perhaps I will see him then if he is there. Much luck to him and the rest of the 2008 Draft signings.
