Today, the Indians announced they activated DH Travis Hafner from the 15-day DL. To make room for Hafner, they demoted struggling starter, Fausto Carmona, exercising his last minor league option.
UPDATE: Fasuto has actually been sent to the rookie-level Arizona Summer League, not Columbus.
