Paul Cousineau and I are back on the cyberwaves tonight for some Cleveland Indians baseball talk in another edition of "Smoke Signals" from 11:00 - 11:30 p.m. EST. Tonight I rejoin Paul on the cyberwaves after a three week hiatus due to my health issues.
With an off-day for the Indians after a 3-3 west coast trip, tonight is a good time to reassess the team and look at how things stand. We will discuss the recent road trip, the extraordinary pitching the Indians have been getting and if it can continue, whether or not this hot start is sustainable and the team can make the playoffs this year, and also maybe start looking at some areas of the team that need shoring up with a roster move from Triple-A Columbus or via a trade.

Welcome back. Here's hoping that you're recovery is going better than expected and that your prognosis is excellent.

Thanks. Yeah, easing my way back into things. Been doing my Minor Happenings and Tribe Happenings the last two weeks....now trying to add more things like the podcast, daily recaps, Around the Farm, etc to my plate. Final step will be going back out hopefully at month's end to see some games!
So...what Tony is basically saying is...at the next game you're at, take a close look at the guy in the bleachers with the trenchcoat on...
It's likely Tony sneaking off to the games...;)
