Jeff Ellis: So the Indians get back to their major trend in this draft with this pick and take a Juco player in Evan Frazar. In the conference call the Indians requested that he be listed as SS, so we will assume that is how they view him. He continues the second big theme and is a great athlete. He has plus speed and is a plus defender. He has soft hands, good foot work, and a nice arm. He has good bat speed and has shown flashes of power. He was originally a college commit to Mississippi, not sure how he ended up at the JUCO School, but that could be the Indians game. He would be an easier sign then the previous picks and looks like a legit shortstop spec with some very nice speed. He could have lead off potential.
