Jeff Ellis: Taylor Starr is a right handed pitcher from Oregon St. He has had major injury issues in college and missed all but one game his junior and sophomore years, so he has lost a lot of development time. He has had Tommy John Surgery twice in back to back years, so he is still in the recovery time. In the one year before injuries he pitched out of the pen. He has a good live arm, but the question with him is when will he be healthy and can he stay healthy? He has an interesting arm, but the back to back Tommy John injuries are more than a small concern.

Wow 2 TJ surgeries? Sounds like he needs to change his motion.
