Bats: Right, Throws: Left, Height: 6'3", Weight: 200, Date of Birth: 06/09/1992
Note: Nurdin went 5-4 with a 2.15 ERA in 12 games. In 67 IP, he gave up 16 ER, 62 hits and 10 walks, while striking out 50.
Jeff Ellis: Tyler Nurdin is a lefty from Temple. It is not that Temple, but a Juco in Texas. He throws with a ¾ slot release, and throws a curve and a change up as well as a solid fastball. The curve looks like a 12-6 and could end up being his best pitch. He is committed to Texas State, and is another interesting pitcher the Tribe is trying to sign out of the Juco ranks before they can go to bigger schools and raise their profiles and cost to aquire.
